What we collect
- Contact form. When you send the diagnostic form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, role, website (if given) and your answers about the business problem, impact, current process, timing, ownership, readiness and, if you choose, commercial fit.
- Score report (optional). If you ask us to email your Business Systems Score, we receive your email address, your name if given, and your score results.
- Technical data. Our website host may process standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely and to block spam.
The Business Systems Score itself is calculated in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to email the report. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
How we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry, and to prepare for a conversation you asked for.
- To decide whether and how we can help, including a fit review that may be assisted by AI and is always reviewed by a person.
- To send the score report you requested.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
We do not add you to a mailing list from these forms.
Legal basis
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your request (steps before a possible contract), your consent for the score report, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Who processes it
The website and its forms are hosted by Netlify, our website hosting provider. If we use other service providers to help manage enquiries, they act only on our instructions. Links to booking or social websites lead to third parties with their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use these rights, email us at HI@CONSULIGENCE.COM.
