Bharath has more than 20 years of overall professional experience, including 15+ years in International Marketing and Recruitment. He has been recruiting since 2009.
That work gave him a close view of how businesses grow, where they get stuck and how much depends on the right people and the right processes. Alongside recruitment, he built experience in business strategy and digital marketing, and he holds an MBA in International Business from EU Business School, Switzerland. He is a Certified Digital Marketer (Social Eagle).
In October 2024 he founded CONSULIGENCE to focus on AI business systems, workflow automation and intelligent operating models: helping businesses turn the AI tools they already have into connected systems with clear ownership and measurable results.
