Who we are
Consuligence (formerly Recruitla Global for recruitment services) is run by founder Bharath Palanichamy, with bases in New York, USA and Chennai, India. Contact: hi@consuligence.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company or website, the division you choose and your message.
- Email and calls: what you send us, and the details you give when you book a call.
- Recruitment: if you are a candidate, the CV and details you share so we can consider you for roles.
Why we use it
To reply to you, prepare for calls, deliver the work you ask for, and keep basic business records. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores one small setting (in local storage) to remember that you closed the privacy note. The free tools on this site (AI Readiness Score, time-savings estimator and cost-of-vacancy calculator) run entirely in your browser: your answers are not sent to us.
Services we use
- Website hosting and forms: our hosting provider processes contact-form submissions so they reach us.
- Scheduling: calls are booked through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy.
- Email: messages are handled by our email provider.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reason you shared it, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
Wherever you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hi@consuligence.com and we will reply personally.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
